Nikki McGuinness

Songwriter / Engineer / Producer

Nikki started her music career as a drummer playing in bands before picking up the guitar and writing and performing her own material. In her early career she worked with writer and musician Daryll Way and recorded at Stuart Copelands studio which gained interest from major labels. She went on to perform in a number of bands including Psychic Love Child & KinkiJo & as a solo artist opened up for Gary Moore, Wheatus & Biffy Clyro at the Point in Dublin with her band Alaska Lyle.


Nikki knew early on that as a woman in the music industry, she needed to learn the art of production and become self sufficient. She has had many collaborations with Mixers & Producers over the years Including; Barny Barnicott, Tony McGuinness (Above & Beyond) Guy Chambers, Pascal Gabriel, Paul Statham & Tim Cox. Nikki has also worked on Film, Adverts and Radio Jingles and written for & produced other artists  including; Richard Navarro, Gemma Dorsett, Chris Constantinou, One Eyed Man, The Tim Shez Band, About Time Productions Featuring Keziah and Kean Harris to name but a few.

In 2020 she started the Creation X studio build which was completed in May 2021 and is currently working with established Bands up and coming artists.

Carlos Larez

 Mix & Master Engineer


Born and raised in a small town in Venezuela, Carlos has spent many years cultivating his craft at different recording studios across the world under such legendary names as Rich Travali (Paul Simon, Stevie Wonder, Sting, Jay Z, Nelly, Eric Clapton), refining his skills into a polished professional sound. Now based in the UK, Carlos has worked at studios throughout the UK, including his own private mix room, featuring a wide range of analog and digital equipment well suited for all mixing needs. 

In 2019 Carlos founded, a place where he can teach audio enthusiasts how to get professionals recordings from their home studio. You can also see his YouTube Channel where he creates and shares content weekly about audio equipment, tutorials, and pretty much everything about music production.
